Prior to real estate, Aaron McMahan served his community and surrounding areas as a law enforcement officer. In his daily duties, while serving his community, he established relationships with multiple business owners and befriended several in the hotel/motel industry. Thru his life friendships, the opportunity of going to real estate school presented itself.

After completing his real estate schooling, he was mentored in the industry specializing in all aspects of real estate. Thru observation, education, and a passion to learn the trade, he began a successful career in the business in 2006. In 2011, Aaron made the decision to expand his success and opened Daybreak Property Holdings, Inc. in his hometown of Newport, TN.

His goal was and still is to focus on the betterment of Cocke County. Aaron desires to continue to build up the community by bringing in commerce, investors, and growth while assuring the citizens of Cocke County are served with the highest of standards.
